Hello, I’m John Donabedian, and I’m passionate about photography.

Whether I’m highlighting the subtle features of a product, capturing the personality in a portrait, showcasing the energy of a performance, or revealing the beauty of a design, I trust my intuitive sensibilities to guide how best to present the subject and rely on my extensive skill set to capture that essence in its best light.

In post-processing, I focus on enhancing the aesthetic quality of each image through my Photoshop skills. I often composite multiple images or different versions of an image to attain a level of ultra-realism that creates a stronger impression. With “Me-n-My Car,” I developed a dynamic storytelling formula that integrates my photography, videography, and video production skills to craft an engaging web series for car shoppers. By blending genuine customer experience stories with captivating product imagery, “Me-n-My Car” fosters an emotional connection between the subject and viewer that is, if I may say, quite persuasive. I love experimenting and pushing the boundaries. One of my passions is capturing the essence of an event or an individual through their motion, which I call “the expanded moment.” Whether it’s a car or a person literally passing through time, I find that these long-exposure images reveal something deeper—beyond the surface—the distilled essence of the subject.
